Efficiency, quality, food safety and traceability are at the foundation of our plant design. Located in Hughson, California in the heart of the San Joaquin Valley, our plant includes approximately 220,000 square feet of walnut processing and storage facilities, including 48,000 square feet of temperature and humidity controlled cold storage.

We are one of the larger walnut processors in the state housing one of the most modern shelling units in the industry, sophisticated laser sorters and x-ray machinery for the removal of shell and foreign material. In addition to shelling and cleaning operations we sort and screen products for size, color and grade. Our cutting lines are capable of producing diced product and walnut meal to meet any customer’s specification.
